Maya Alishayeva holds her Masters Degree in Acupuncture from
one of the premiere Oriental Medicine Colleges in the USA -
Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. She is a Licensed
Acupuncturist in New York State with Diplomat status from the
National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental
Medicine (NCCAOM). She is an MD graduate of Medical
University in the former Soviet Union, and has 12 years of
experience as a Primary Care Physician there.
Ms. Alishayeva has studied and effectively practices Facial Rejuvenation
techniques using both Acupuncture and Chinese
herbs. She is also certified in the use of acupuncture for substance
abuse.
For children and people who have a fear of needles she uses
Japanese Acupuncture, Magnets, Tui Na and Acupressure.
Depending on individual needs, she can offer Electro-Acupuncture,
Cupping, Gua Sha, Nutritional Supplements and Herbs.
Maya Alishayeva is a contented person, who induces a "feel good"
condition into her patients by utilizing extended medical knowledge
and experience as well as a unique system to enhance the patients'
health and well being.
